• April 5, 8:36 p.m., Gregory McIntyre, 46, of Salamanca, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor, and speed in zone, an infraction. The charges stem from a traffic stop. McIntyre was released with an appearance ticket.
• April 7, 7:06 p.m., Robert O’Brien, 58, of Shelton, Conn., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor, and unsafe turn, an infraction. The charges stem from a traffic stop. O’Brien was released with an appearance ticket.
• April 7, 8:28 p.m., Derek Brown, 29, of Salamanca, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor. The charge stems from a traffic stop. Brown was released with an appearance ticket.
• April 7, 8:58 p.m., Jeremy Sliviak, 46, of Salamanca, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while registration is suspended/revoked, an unclassified misdemeanor. Sliviak was released with an appearance ticket.
• April 7, 11:51 p.m., Andrew Skye, 36, of Salamanca, was charged with second-degree harassment, a violation. Skye was processed and held pending arraignment.
• April 8, 1:08 p.m., Brent Battaglia, 43, of Salamanca, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a class A misdemeanor. Battaglia was released with an appearance ticket.
• April 8, 6:10 p.m., Thomas Stevens, 35, of Salamanca, was arrested on a warrant with a charge of second-degree harassment, a violation. Stevens was processed and released on an appearance ticket.
• April 9, 9:46 p.m., Jordan John, 42, of Steamburg, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Salamanca City Court. John was released with an appearance ticket.
Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office
• SALAMANCA — Thomas E. Stevens, 35, of Salamanca, was arrested at 6:05 p.m. April 8 on a warrant issued out of Salamanca City Court. Stevens was turned over to the Salamanca Police Department.
• COLDSPRING — Jordan L. John, 42, of Coldspring, was arrested at 9:17 p.m. April 9 on an active bench warrant out of Salamanca City Court. John was transported to the Salamanca Police Department, where he was issued an appearance ticket.
• SALAMANCA — Angelique Trinidad, 27, of Salamanca, was charged at 12:21 a.m. April 10 with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol level of 0.08% or greater, unclassified misdemeanors; unlicensed operating of a motor vehicle, speed not prudent and moved from lane unsafely, infractions. The charges stem from the investigation of a motor vehicle accident reported in March on Route 219 in Great Valley. Trinidad was released with an appearance ticket.
• SALAMANCA — Angelo A. Contreraz, 30, of Salamanca, was charged at 4:22 a.m. April 10 with resisting arrest and second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, class A misdemeanors; and two counts each of inadequate lights/bicycle and no signal device/bicycle, infractions. Contreraz was released with an appearance ticket.
• MANSFIELD — Oscar A. Pineda Perez, 30, of Jamestown, was charged at 2:22 a.m. April 12 with driving while intoxicated and operating motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of 0.08% or greater, unclassified misdemeanors; move from lane unsafely, failure to keep right and registration display violation, infractions. Pineda Perez was processed and released with an appearance ticket.
• SALAMANCA — Johnathan M. Ballew, 32, of Ripley, was charged at 2 a.m. April 14 with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a class E felony; uninspected motor vehicle and inadequate/no muffler, infractions. Ballew was processed and released on an appearance ticket.

• GREAT VALLEY — Ella Rose Spillman, 19, of Brockport, was charged at 5:35 p.m. April 7 with third-degree possession of a forged instrument, a class A misdemeanor. Spillman was released with an appearance ticket.
• GOWANDA — Codi Brian Kennedy, 29, of Gowanda, was charged at 12:56 a.m. April 14 with driving while intoxicated, first offense, and aggravated DWI per se, blood-alcohol content of 0.18% or greater, no priors, both unclassified misdemeanors. Kennedy was processed and issued an appearance ticket.
