Marsh sentenced to 18 years in prison in 2020 death of Chad Skoken

LITTLE VALLEY — A 31-year-old Salamanca man convicted of first-degree assault in the strangulation death of Chad Skoken in 2020 was sentenced to 18 years in state prison in Cattaraugus
