Cuomo signs bills honoring Randolph-area Vietnam vets

RANDOLPH — Gov. Andrew Cuomo recently signed bills to rename bridges on Interstate 86 in honor of Randolph-area Vietnam War heroes Cpl. William James Hillard II and Sgt. David Lockwood.
