Watkins excited state meets 70% vaccine goal, restrictions lifted

Like most New Yorkers, Cattaraugus County Public Health Director Dr. Kevin D. Watkins was excited to hear Gov. Andrew Cuomo lifted most of the state’s remaining COVID-19 restrictions.
