County lawmakers oppose twice-a-week testing at nursing homes

LITTLE VALLEY — Cattaraugus County lawmakers voted unanimously Wednesday in opposition to Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s directive to test all nursing home employees for COVID- 19 twice a week.
