County lawmakers urge Cuomo to restore AIM funding

LITTLE VALLEY — Cattaraugus County lawmakers urged Gov. Andrew Cuomo Wednesday to restore Aid and Incentives to Municipalities funding to villages and towns cut from his proposed 2019-20 state budget.
