Watkins commends Cuomo for hiking age to buy tobacco

OLEAN — Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s proposal to raise the age to purchase tobacco products to age 21 drew praise Wednesday from Cattaraugus County Public Health Director Dr. Kevin Watkins.
