County accepts $1.3 million settlement for fire-damaged Franklinville barn

LITTLE VALLEY — Cattaraugus County lawmakers agreed Wednesday to accept a $1,325,000 insurance settlement for the Franklinville Highway Barn which was destroyed by fire last October.
