• The Aetna Health Concierge team is your single point of contact for benefits and wellness information. Your Health Concierge can help you put all the pieces together — benefits, providers, services, programs and tools — to get the care and services you need. Your Health Concierge can even help you find and make an appointment with the right doctor for your condition or problem.

• The Informed Health Line allows you to consult a registered nurse about tests, procedures and treatment options 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

• Aetna Custom Case Management provides support when you need it most. When you’re facing an urgent health challenge, they can connect you to one-on-one nurse support. He or she becomes your advocate, and you’ll work with that nurse over the phone for all of your critical needs. Together you’ll develop an action plan unique to you that will provide individualized support you need to make progress in the face of big challenges. You may get a call from an Aetna nurse to help you get started, but you can also call on your own.

• Make sure you’re registered for the Aetna Navigator member website at Aetna.com. The website was recently refreshed in June of 2017 and includes:

• From Aetna Navigator, you can also check your Health Savings Account balance — if you’re an Aetna CDHP member — or your HRA balance — if you’re an Aetna PPO member.

• There’s no need to make important health care decisions in the dark. Did you know that you can find out the cost of a service or procedure before you get the bill? Thanks to the Member Payment Estimator, you can search for and compare actual costs for common procedures and treatments. To use the tool, just log in to Aetna Navigator at Aetna.com. Click on “Estimate Costs” under “See Coverage & Costs”. Start by selecting a family member covered by your Aetna plan, then pick a service. Next, view a list of providers near you who perform the service, or enter the name of a specific provider you want to use. You’ll then see the cost estimate. Because the tool works in real-time and estimates are run through Aetna’s claim system, it knows where you are with your plan. This means your out-of-pocket cost estimate will reflect how much of your deductible you’ve met and any copays, coinsurance and plan limits that may apply.

• Aetna Mobile provides your secure member website at your fingertips. Download the free app to find in-network doctors, view and show your ID card, check on claims and benefits, contact Member Services and more.
